Any suggestions for lower back dimple fat removal? (photos)

The photograph demonstrates a very nice figure with a small deposition of surplus fat over the sacrum. This can be easily treated with liposuction.

Good morning!a bit of excess fat over your sacrum or tailbone is very easily removed with liposuction.  Through a tiny incision a fluid is introduced into the area in question for not only anesthesia but also to help decrease bruising.  Following this a suction wand is introduced through he same incision to remove the fat.  You will see noticble results immediately but it iwll contiue to imorove over a couple of months as the seswelling subsides.Be sure to seee a board certifeid aplastic surgon who has a practice devited primarily to cosmetic surgery.I hope this helps

This can be addressed with liposuction. You will have small scars to allow entrance of the liposuction cannulas but these are not very noticeable. Find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can help you with this. Good luck!

Thank you for your question and photo. It is very common for women have a lower back fat pad which is often resistant to diet and exercise. Fortunately, liposuction is an excellent solution to treat this problem area. It can be performed safely with not a lot of post-op down time. Please meet with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in body contouring. Hope this helps.

Liposuction of the lower back in the sacral region just above your buttocks can help reduce that little mound of fatty tissue. This can be done in office, under local anesthesia or with sedation in the OR. It would also provide more contour of the lower back buttock region.  I would make sure you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options in more detail.

Probably best treated with some targeted liposuction and using a little ultrasonic energy to help break it up. At the some time could give you the little back dimples, or try to, by targeting a little liposuction there. Minimal scarring and not much downtime. 

Hi AndreiNot to worry.  This pre-sacral fat pad is very common.  It is easily handled with laser lipo, or lipo alone.  This will leave only small incisions.hope this helps.sek
