Instead of your everyday back dimples, I have a little ball of fat or grease in my lower back. Do you know what the proper term for this is? Anyway, I was wondering if I could somehow have that removed to either just be flat and unnoticeable, or to where it can look like some regular back dimples? Everyone keeps telling me I'm growing a tail haha. It gets old. Thank you.

Through a tiny incision a fluid is introduced into the area in question for not only anesthesia but also to help decrease bruising. Following this a suction wand is introduced through he same incision to remove the fat. You will see noticble results immediately but it iwll contiue to imorove over a couple of months as the seswelling subsides.Be sure to seee a board certifeid aplastic surgon who has a practice devited primarily to cosmetic surgery.I hope this helps

Answer: Lower back fat pad This can be addressed with liposuction. You will have small scars to allow entrance of the liposuction cannulas but these are not very noticeable. Find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can help you with this. Good luck!
