Instead of your everyday back dimples, I have a little ball of fat or grease in my lower back. Do you know what the proper term for this is? Anyway, I was wondering if I could somehow have that removed to either just be flat and unnoticeable, or to where it can look like some regular back dimples? Everyone keeps telling me I'm growing a tail haha. It gets old. Thank you.
