What surgery do I need to make my collarbone stand out more and my arms and top half skinnier and more proportioned ?

Thank you for your question. Based on the photos provided, it appears you are a candidate for upper arm liposuction, but I do not think it is a good idea to perform liposuction around the clavicle. It is not an area where women typically have excess fat, and from your photos, it does not look like you need it. Also, it is best to be within 15 pounds of your ideal body weight prior to surgery. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and to discuss the specific details of the procedure. Ask to see before and after photos to get an idea of what can be achieved. Hope this helps.

It's difficult to assess your collarbone area but liposuction is a good consideration for patients who have excess padding of their upper arms. The sense of thinning of the upper arm when you place your arm in a sleeve can be dramatic.
