Thank you for your question. You are still relatively early in the post - op recovery period. It may take up to 6 months for all of the swelling to subside and see your final result. I recommend close follow up with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns regarding the appearance of your abdomen.

Eight weeks it's a reasonably good time to begin assessing final outcomes after liposuction.You may have some small amount of residual swelling that will take several more months to go down but the overall result is now fairly close to final.I recommend you go back and talk to your plastic surgeon and get his or her opinion.Revision surgery is generally not done within the first six months after liposuction.This is true even when it's obvious that someone will benefit from a revision early on.cool sculpting will most likely not lead to an impressive improvement.Most likely you're only realistic option is going to be  revision liposuction or possibly converting to a full abdominoplasty.Follow up with your plastic surgeon to get his or her advice.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
