After MiraDry I have swelling all down to my elbow and my wedding is in 6 weeks! Is this normal? How long for it to go down?

Thank you for your question.Your swelling should settle after a couple of weeks, if you still have some swelling now you may wish to try lymphatic drainage massage to help the swelling go down quickly.I'm sure it will have settled by your wedding.

mild to moderate exercise and massage should speed this along. The lymph nodes may have become swollen slowing lymph drainage. This should slowly resolve.

After Miradry, swelling can last a few weeks. It can be visible. Make sure your provider checks you out to make there is nothing else going on but the swelling completely resolves

I understand your concern but I anticipate that your swelling will resolve before your wedding.  You are probably already noticing improvement at this time.  I recommend elevating your arm and massaging it to expedite resolution.  You can also get a product called Swell X to reduce post-treatment inflammation and swelling.   A great choice to treat your underarm sweating and well timed to benefit you for your wedding day!

Swelling after miraDry can last several weeks.  Normally it  gradually subsides.  You may try massaging of the area to see if this speeds up the process.

The amount of swelling from MiraDry can vary and if severe could go down to your elbow.   The swelling should slowly resolve over two weeks time.  I am speaking from experience as a physician who does the treatment, but also as someone who had the treatment (so I understand your concern.)  
You can also experience numbness in the area which will resolve but again varies in the time.  This may be teo weeks or up to six weeks.
As far as the swelling, if there are no signs of infection ( warmth or very red in the area), this will go away over time.  If you have concerns that infection may be present,you should ask your physician's office that did the procedure to take a look at it.
