That said, to correct the lateral fullness and dog ears you demonstrate on your chest would require, in my opinion, a combination of liposuction to help contour the outer curve of the breast and surgical scar revision to remove redundant skin and tissue and reposition the scar to follow a more aesthetic curve. I encourage you to follow up with your surgeon as well as seek a second opinion in person with a board certified plastic surgeon.

From your photos it appears you may need a revision of the lateral portion of the breasts in order to improve the shape. Implants may provide more upper pole fullness for you. Another option is auto augmentation, but that would require a full revision.
