The best way to get upper breast volume back and correct asymmetry is using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. If you desire additional volume then fat transfers can be performed. For the abdomen, if you don't have rectus muscle diastasis, it seems that a full tummy tuck may not be necessary. Good results can be achieved with Vaser liposuction and a mini tummy tuck. There is sagging and asymmetry in the breasts. With a breast lift and implants, you can achieve both a firmer and more shapely breast. Volume asymmetry can be corrected by fat injection into the smaller breast during the same session, using an implant of a different size, or by removing tissue from the larger breast. Both surgeries can be performed in the same session.

A more aggressive lift and larger implant may be used on the smaller and saggier breast to improve symmetry. For the tummy tuck, if the majority of your fat is located just below your skin (subcutaneous) then it may be suitable. However, if the fat is visceral, then diet and exercise is a more effective option.

Thank you for your question. I would like to tell you that you have a prominent asymmetry between the breasts, one of them is shorter and narrower than the other side. It is very difficult to create a symmetry between the breasts. Breast augmentation only will not solve your problem. I would recommend you a lifting surgery +/- a small to moderate size implant to address the upper pole fullness. I think you are a good candidate for a mommy make over surgery if you have a good health. Tummy tuck and liposuction can be combined with breast surgery.

Your breasts are asymetrical with the right being smaller than the left. The nipple position on the right is correct but the left side is lower.It appears that a left reduction to match the right would be in order with implants placed on both sides.With regard to the abdomen, you are protruding on profile which would indicate the need for a rectus diastasis repair. I believe and abdominoplasty with suctioning of the hips would be the best alternative here.Hope this helps
