I lost 75 lbs naturally then had 2 kids. I am interested in a breast lift (if needed), breast augmentation, & tummy tuck. Am I a good candidate for these procedures? Do I need a lift? What is the best way to get upper breast volume back, and to correct my asymmetry?
Answer: Mommy makeover The best way to get upper breast volume back and correct asymmetry is using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. If you desire additional volume then fat transfers can be performed. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift and augmentation Based on your photos alone, a breast lift and breast augmentation may be suitable for you reshape and resize your breasts, making them perkier and larger. A more aggressive lift and larger implant may be used on the smaller and saggier breast to improve symmetry. For the tummy tuck, if the majority of your fat is located just below your skin (subcutaneous) then it may be suitable. However, if the fat is visceral, then diet and exercise is a more effective option.

Answer: Mommy Makeover after Weight Loss Congratulations on your weight loss! By your photos, you look to be a great candidate for a mommy makover. I would recommend a breast lift to resture the natural position of the nipple, correct the asymmetry, as well as reducing the size of the areola. Whether or not you need an implant depends on your size goal. If you are overall happy with the volume of your smaller breast when wearing a supportive, non-padded bra, then I might recommend a breast lift (mastopexy) with an "auto-augmentation" which conserves all of your breast tissue and gives you more upper pole fullness. I typically use an absorbable mesh during these surgeries to maintain the shape over time. If you would like to be larger in volume, then you would need a lift with the addition of an implant. A breast lift (with or without augmentation), tummy tuck and liposuction of the flanks, abdomen, and sides of the breasts along with contouring of the front of the abdomen can safely be done in one step. I highly encourage you to seek out a board certified plastic surgery to get you the best results, as safely as possible. Best of luck in your aesthetic journey!

Answer: Breast Lift & Implants + Tummy Tuck Thank you for your question. You have asymmetry between your breasts, with the right one being smaller than the left, and there is also a difference in nipple position. To address the fullness in the upper part of your breasts, you'll benefit from a breast lift and implants placed behind the muscle to restore volume, reshape your breasts, correct the asymmetry, and reposition the nipple and areola on top of the breast mound. Since you have asymmetry, the implants would be of different sizes to make your breasts more even. Also, you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck that will remove excess skin and tighten the abdominal muscles, especially after pregnancy, giving you a flatter, more contoured stomach. A consultation with your surgeon will provide a detailed plan to help you achieve the best results tailored to your body.
