I would recommend a lipo-abdominoplasty and breast augmentation (potentially with a lift). These are just general recommendations, but a real evaluation with a physical exam (including measurement of the breasts) are important to make official treatment plans. One word of caution is that lower pricing/more affordable options are usually that way for a reason, be cautious.
