Im going to be 27 next July. I have not had any kids, but do desire to breastfeed once in a marriage. My breasts are 32DDD and I don’t mind the fullness only the saggy/droop. I want a lift, but understand no upper pole fullness would be achieved. I want the implant look without implants. What am I a good candidate for? I don’t like the way breast reduction patients look the same position wise and have scars, I want a noticeable change in my appearance long term wise and short term for my age
Answer: Good candidate for breast lift/reduction Yes, you are excellent candidate for breast lift/reduction surgery. it is your decision how much smaller you want to be; you should expect about 12 cup size loss with lift only. If you want more, small reduction should be considered; same scar, just smaller size. Think to know is; smaller breast, longer lasting result. In prder to get good result search for a board certified plastic surgeon with excellent reputation in breast surgery. Good luck.

Answer: Breast lift or reduction: What am I a good candidate for? Hello @Boobqueen23, thank you for your question. A breast reconstruction and breast lift with your own tissue is a very convenient and alternative procedure to reaccomodate the mammary tissue, breast projection and create upper fullness with BRALAN (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) technique, and you will be pleased with the results. For more information and recommendations, it is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Breast lift Dear Boobqueen23, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your question. The best option in order to achieve an augmented luck, lifting your breasts, without an implant is to perform an auto augmentation mastopexy. This is a procedure that uses your own breast tissue to create more upper pole fullness, while re-sculpting the breast. Or any procedure that is working on the breast, especially lifting the breast, can affect the ability to breast-feed in the future. Good luck.
