I'm planning on staying in a hotel for 2-3 days after my Brazilian Butt Lift, then I hope to have my husband drive me home. It is an hour drive. Is that too long? If not, what is the best way to sit for the ride? Thank you!! :)

Answer: Is a one hour car ride too long after a BBL? The best person to answer this question is the PS who performs your BBL. He/she will know of any complications that would prevent you from taking the hour drive 2-3 days following the BBL. My LVN recommends reclining the seat at a 45 degree angle and placing a folded pillow under your thighs.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Is a one hour car ride too long after a BBL? You can use a special BBL pillow to reduce the pressure on your buttocks or lay on your stomach on the back seat. Consult your surgeon for post op recommendations.
