Can Sculptra help dents after BBL?

Thank you for the detailed question. Sculptra can be injected to help fill in uneven contouring on the buttocks and thighs, unfortunately it does take a good amount of vials and it is not permanent. This depends on the size, location, and nature of the dents. Some cellulite can cause large dents, and can be made worse with additional fat transfer. Sometimes dents can be from irregularities in the transferrred fat. There are straight forward ways to correct and improve those issues, depending on what you have going on. Sculptra, while not specifically FDA approved for buttock use, is becoming more popular for BBL use and touch ups, and could be an option. Photos would be very helpful in your case. 

You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. Are they dents or cellulite?  Sculpture may or may not help small dents.

Most likely the dent is from scar tissue pulling the dent in the muscle and you would have to attempt to release the scar tissue rather than reduce filler by itself. You can attempt to use both technhiques at the same time with both results.
