A few years ago, I got a BBL. There were very large, noticeable dents on both cheeks afterward. A year later, I got a "revision" that only made things worse. I would like to fix the look of my butt, but there's no way I'd have another BBL procedure. Would Sculptra help fill in the dents caused by my BBL? Would it take as many vials as a normal Sculptra butt lift?

Answer: Dents You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. Are they dents or cellulite? Sculpture may or may not help small dents.

Answer: BBL Dent filler Q: Can Sculptra help dents after BBL?Great Question!Manifactured Fillers can be used to Attempt to fill in dents. Most likely the dent is from scar tissue pulling the dent in the muscle and you would have to attempt to release the scar tissue rather than reduce filler by itself. You can attempt to use both technhiques at the same time with both results. If you do both techniques with scar release and filler injection together you will receive great results. Many surgeons, including myself, offer online virtual consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. I, like many surgeons, also offer free consultations so that you can be examined and given the most accurate quote. Do your homework and read online reviews, evaluate before and after pictures and choose to have an in-person exam / consultation with an AOA or AMA board-certified plastic surgeon and has privileges to do this surgery at a local hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. I wish you well through your recovery process, James S McAdoo, DO, FACOS, AOA dual board certified general, plastic/reconstructive surgeon, microsurgery fellowship, BBL specialist
