You must acknowledge that SAFETY is priority because if not, your life and health will be at risk. Your BMI must be below 30 in order to have a safe procedure. There is a limit for liposuction fat removal and it is no more of 4-5 litters of fat. So if you are overweight more than 20 lbs, 8-9 poinds of liposuction will not make any difference on your body or shape. So it will be best, for you to lose weight before surgery, be at least at BMI of 30 and then be evaluated. In LA area, BBL typically ranges from 8K-12K depending on how much liposuction needs to be done to get enough fat. It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price. Thank you for your question. Prices vary a lot according to experience and board certification of the plastic surgeon, facilities, quality of the practice, region, etc…  Surgery overseas can be an excellent option for results, experience, and value. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.Combination procedures are a great way to save on cost and reduce the need for multiple surgeries. You only have to pay one operating room and anesthesia fee which can make this a very cost effective approach. No matter what how low you're quoted SAFETY should be your primary concern. Combination procedures are safe and very effective in the right hands. The surgeon HAS to be an expert in EACH procedure and must have a lot of experience in performing combination procedures and can minimize the operative time. You might look into a practice where the surgeons work as a team. With two surgeons performing your operation simultaneously you drastically reduce your surgical time and less trauma.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Cost varies from surgeon to surgeon and depends on OR time, anesthesia, number of areas for lipo..... I would recommend staging these two procedures for health and safety reasons.

While it is possible to combine a BBL with other procedures such as a Tummy Tuck, please note that in some cases the amount of fat that can be removed during liposuction is significantly reduced when the procedure is combined with another surgery. Example, in Fl where I practice, I can remove up to 4000 CC's of fat at once during a lipo procedure like a BBL, but if the procedure is combined, that number is reduced to 1000 cc's. Based on your photo alone, you would benefit from a full liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, upper/lower back in order to obtain the hourglass shape most patients are seeking from their BBL. Thanks for your question and photo.  Your photo is too dark to see but it is possible to do both tummytuck and BBL together depending on your body and downtime.  Please consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Also please keep in mind that the best candidate for surgery is someone who is healthy with stabilized weight and has realist expectations.  You will need to see your primary physician to get clearance for surgery as well.  Best wishes!
