I want a big butt and some hips and Lopo in stomach
Answer: Can I get a BBL under IV sedation? If you want to achieve a maximal result I would recommend general anesthesia with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has a proven record of great results. A 5 liter liposuction with a fat transfer of 1200 cc to 2000 cc per buttock cannot be endured by most people without general anesthesia. It is just too painful. Answer: Sedation for lipo and fat transfer Thank you for your question. Yes, you can get a BBL under IV sedation (I perform many of my liposuctions and fat transfers under IV sedation). However, the amount of areas that can be liposuctioned is limited typically the the abdomen and flanks only when I do this, because of the safety limits of the amount of tumescent solution I can put in to adequately numb those areas and the buttocks for fat transfer. If you want to suction more than a few areas, then general anesthesia is the best. Best speak to a board certified plastic surgeon. All the best,

Answer: BBL under IV sedation IV sedation (aka TIVA or MAC anesthesia) is my anesthetic of choice for my cosmetic practice. Recovery is faster with fewer complications (in my hands). Dilute tumescent solution is used and the NC state limit of 5L for liposuction of the abdomen, hips and back can be done safely presuming good health, normal BMI, etc.

Answer: Can I get a BBL under IV sedation? Hi and thanks for your question. Basically what I do is to put the patient to sleep under IV sedation, and after it the anesthesiologist apply regional anesthesia. Only under IV sedation is not recommended at all.International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) Certified Plastic Surgeon with 25 years of experience
