My biggest insecurities are my frontal view, my wide nasal bones and bulbous tip. Im deciding between two procedures: 1. rib rhinoplasty - augment bridge and tip (& possible osteotomy) or 2. osteotomy, alar and tiplasty (using ear cartilage). I've been told that my bridge is a pretty adequate height for an asian nose, so I'm wondering if I were to opt for the 2nd procedure if that would provide harmonious results? I also feel that my current nose caused my mouth to protrude.

It is a little difficult to assess if you have a wide alar base based on these photos as eyes are blacked out. Traditionally, the width of the nose should be as wide as the intercanthal distance of the distance between the inner corners of your eyes.
