Hi I’m looking to have a septorhinoplasty done in hopes of achieving a more defined nose, looking to minimize my nostril sizes and for a more defined nose overall. Any recommendations? First 3 are of me with no makeup, 4 is with makeup, and 5/6 of another individual who had a rib rhino done (inspo) I’m not looking for any extreme changes but more so definement and alar reduction - can this be done without an implant?

DCF (Diced cartilage fascia) provides permanent results without the risk of warping or resorption of en bloc rib cartilage, and with a much lower rate of migration, infection, or extrusion than synthetic grafts. With a rhinoplasty surgeon experienced in this technique, diced cartilage wrapped in fascia is a consistent, reliable, long-lasting technique for creating dorsal augmentation with excellent results. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Thank you for your question.Your nasal bridge looks flat and the tip of your nose is drooping.This can be expected to be sufficiently improved with rhinoplasty. If you do not want to use an implant, it is possible to augment the bridge with costal cartilage and correct the drooping tip of the nose at the same time. Alar base reduction surgery is not required.

You can refine the tip and raise the bridge to create more narrowness and definition. An alar base reduction adds a nice complement and should not be overdone. The scars heal quite well if done correctly. Natural is always the best way to go over operated as the nose will fit your face better as you age.
