Mesh visible inside of nostril - is it possible? (Photo)

I’ve never heard of using mesh for a rhinoplasty. From the photo it’s impossible to tell what that may be. You should return to your surgeon to help figure it out

That absolutely looks abnormal. I hope you were able to see someone about it to see what it is and if it needs to be removed as it can be a source for possible infection. Good luck!

Although it is difficult to say for sure based on the photos, it is definitely possibly to have a foreign body implant to be extruding through the soft tissue.

I would recommend following-up with your surgeon who would be able to take a better look inside your nose to see if this is the case and can discuss with you what you would need to do if it were the case.
