Hello What can I do about my face? I'm quite skinny but my face has so much fat and skin. I've had a facelift at 25! It was worse before, but it's still so bad and im hopeless
Answer: FaceTite FaceTite is a relatively recent technique that offers results similar to those of a surgical facelift, but without the unsightly scars. The procedure effectively enhances skin laxity in the face and neck, which was formerly achievable only through surgical methods like a facelift. FaceTite employs a minimally invasive approach that employs radio-frequency energy to dissolve fat and tighten the skin. It is performed using local anesthesia or light sedation, with patients able to return home and resume their regular activities shortly after the procedure. For optimal results, a compression garment must be worn. I hope this helps, Best of luck ! Randal Haworth

Answer: Skin laxity One option to consider is FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure can firm skin using RF technology both on top of and just underneath the skin. No general anesthesia is required for this procedure. Results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8 treatments. See my website or an experienced provider near you to learn more.

Answer: Get a more defined look by tightening up the skin with Morpheus8 Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Hopeless face laxity. What can I do about this? Morpheus 8, Exilis ultra, Profhilo, collagen-stimulating for the right patient. Hi, Thanks for your question. According to your pictures , I don't see too much skin laxity in your face/neck and in my opinion you are not candidate for any surgical intervention at moment and not for fat removal however this is only based on these pictures. For the above reasons it is important to make a face to face assessment, where the doctor reviews medical history (smoking history, medical conditions, lifestyle, psychological and social history), ask the patient to complete some psychological questionnaires (to explore patient’s expectations and concerns, internal and external motivations) and perform a comprehensive assessment of the face and neck as a whole unit in order identify some area that could required treatment. In my clinic I follow the above procedure and also I give the patient several option for more invasive to less invasive treatments including NO treatment and healthy diet and lifestyle. There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) for face and also body. My experience is with Facetite in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart ), Renuvion-J plasma (requires only 1 session) , Exilis 360 Ultra ( Radiofrequency and Ultrasound) that require 5 to 10 sessions usually once a week. I also combine the above procedures with Profhilo, collagen-stimulating dermal fillers ( e.g. Radiesse, Sculptra etc. ), collagen drink and skincare in indicated. It is important also aftercare program and lifestyle ( healthy diet and regular exercise) to maintain the results however the results are never guarantee because each patient is different and the results varies patient to patient. I would recommend to make an appointment with a doctor expert in facial aesthetic treatments and skin tightening for a medical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment plan if indicated. Hope this helps, Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore
