Can a nodule from SculpSure move? 1 month post op.

Nodules can appear after having a SculpSure treatment.  The good news is that they are temporary and will go away with a little time.  Massaging the nodules can help to speed up the resolution process.  Always a good idea to check back with your doctor if the nodule persists for more than a few weeks.

Nodules after SculpSure are totally normal.  Inflammation causes the fat cells that have been destroyed to coalesce.  It is most likely a new nodule/ area of inflammation.  Massaging the area for 5 to 10 minutes a few times a day will help break it up and it should resolve on its own very soon.

Yes, these lumps are transient, and due to inflammation of the fat cells after the procedure, they resolve within weeks, at maximum a few months. Not to worry as they are relatively common. The fat nodules that may appear after SculpSure are the result of inflammation and will generally disappear with time.  They do not move around the body, so most likely you developed two different nodules.  I recommend massaging the area several times a day to make the nodules resolve faster.  

Lumps (or nodules) appear after SculpSure, and this is due to adherent collections of dead fat cells. They slowly get metabolized and cleared by your lymphatic system (it's like the body's vacuum cleaner). That's why it's really important to massage the area and drink plenty of water, to help flush those cells out. New nodules can appear after SculpSure almost immediately, or their appearance can be delayed, so what you're describing sounds normal. Chances are you cleared one nodule and then another developed, rather than the nodule "moving."
Some people clear the nodules within a few weeks, while other people may take up to six months.

Lumps after SculpSure represent inflammation around lasered and destroyed fat cells.  It is normal and can occur in different areas.  In this situation, I would say this represents a new area of inflammation.  Try cold or heat packs if it is painful and massage the area for 5 minutes 3-4 times/day.  It will eventually resolve.Good Luck!
