How does any weight gain post SculpSure procedure distribute to your body?

Thank you for your question. The short answer is no, any fat gain after your SculpSure procedure will not disproportionately lump in one area causing an uneven distribution. Any weight gain should have a symmetric, and even distribution. The goal of SculpSure is to eliminate fat cells. I suggest that you work closely with your board certified facial plastic surgeon to develop a treatment plan that can meet your goals.

Sculpsure destroys up to 24% of fat cells in a given area. More treatments may increase the fat cell destruction. Remaining fat cells in an area previously treated may enlarge with weight gain. Other areas of the body may also get larger following liposuction or any other fat cell destruction methods following weight gain. It is best to continue diet and exercise after any fat removal procedure.

SculpSure will target and kill fat cells in treated areas, however the remaining fat cells may enlarge if you have significant weight gain. When fat cells are removed from the body or permanently destroyed through liposuction or SculpSure, those cells are gone forever, but there are still some fat cells left behind. Those remaining fat cells can still hypertrophy (enlarge) with weight gain.
Liposuction, SculpSure or any treatment that is permanently treating fat, should be performed on individuals who are at a stable weight or close to their goal weight for best results.

Usually after fat destruction or removal, the body will have less fat cells to accumulate lipid. However, the remaining cells will grow in size if significant weight is gained. In general people who have undergone these types of procedures will notice an increase of weight in the areas were the procedure was NOT done. The conventional believe is that the fat is diverted to the non treated areas, in reality, you have less containers of fat in the treated areas, making the non treated areas look that they are collecting more fat. 
Finally, make sure that you have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

The fat cells that are killed during the SculpSure treatment will not regenerate. Once they are killed, they are gone for good. However, because SculpSure destroys 20-25% of the fat cells in the treatment area, some fat cells remain. It is possible to gain back weight after the treatment, but this is because the fat cells that were not destroyed can increase in size, not because the treated fat cells grew back. It is important to incorporate a healthy diet and exercise in order to maintain the results the treatment provided. An unhealthy diet and little to no exercise will lead to weight gain, which can occur in the treated area. 

Hi, This is a very common question. There are 2 times in your life when you grow fats cells, infancy and puberty. If people are not careful with their diet and exercise the fats cells gained in puberty will stay forever . With SculpSure the fat cells under the skin are removed permanently. But just as with weight loss, you can't spot gain or spot reduce, meaning any weight gain will be distributed evenly in the fats that are left.  Despite all the cosmetic treatments that are available, in the end a healthy lifestyle of exercise and wholesome food is essential for longevity and a healthy looking body. I am not sure what you are referring to with the 72%. Each abdominal SculpSure treatment kills "up to" 25% of fat cells. The remaining 75% of cells can become infinitely fat, or fat can go somewhere else.
Best to have a really healthy diet that is consistently balanced with regular exercise so you are able to maintain a healthy weight AND a good result from SculpSure. Remember, in the clinical study it took 2-3 treatments to accumulate the dead fat zones enough to show their result.
