SculpSure: Are 2 treatments needed 100% of the time in 100% of clients?

I've been hearing mixed reviews, and also a doctor told me anyone trying to sell more than 2 sessions you should avoid because there is no further results after 2 treatments. Has anyone had and been happy with 1 treatment? I mid 30s, small build 5'1 and 120 lbs. My stomach is flattened along the lines of where stitches were placed vertically at 18, and then excess fat hangs over. I'd rather have the 2nd treatment be a personal option not requirement.
