SculpSure aftercare: Should I not eat anti-inflammatory food as well?

I've been told not to take anti-inflammatory medicines like aspirin after Sculpsure treatments to optimize results. But my regular diet consists of a lot of fruits and veggies that are high in anti-inflammatory factors - should I reduce these foods too?
