SculpSure aftercare: Should I not eat anti-inflammatory food as well?

Sculpsure isnt nearly as good as coolscupting but for any of the non invasive options its best to combine with radiofrequency treatments.  I suggest the best combination to get great outcomes.  What you eat will not affect the results but you should diet and exercise to lose more weight.  Best, Dr. Emer.

When you have a Sculpture treatment, part of the process that leads to good results is that there is an inflammatory process that occurs as a result of the treatment, which allows your body to respond to that inflammation and clear away the dead fat cells. The rationale to not taking anti-inflammatory medication is that you don't want to do anything that would prevent your body from clearing those fat cells. 
It is probably safe to say that your body will clear those fat cells regardless, but will do so more efficiently if you stay away from ibuprofen type medications. That being said, I don't think that anti-inflammatory foods (such as blueberries, nuts, salmon, broccoli) will be an obstacle to the results you get from Sculpture. If anything, that kind of eating will only augment your results by helping you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

Eating fruits and vegetables will not affect your SculpSure treatment at all.  As a matter of fact, a healthy diet can only be a positive step in your life and getting better results from your treatment.  Anti-inflammatory drugs are not that same as fruit and veggies.  

Hi! Thank you for your question. Anti inflammatory medication is suggested to be avoided to reduce the risk of bruising. You may absolutely eat fruits and vegetables. Great healthy food is always good!

Avoiding fruits and vegetables is not necessary after a SculpSure treatment. During your treatment the fat cells are being destroyed. Your body naturally jumps in to protection mode and may cause some swelling in the treated area. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, exercise will all help the body eliminate those destroyed fat cells and allow the body to heal quicker.Best to you,

Your diet should not affect your SculpSure results. Especially if it is a healthy diet. This will only help to improve your desired effect.

I am not aware of any foods that would interfere with the results of a SculpSure session.  Feel free to eat whatever you like after your treatment.

I am quite certain that eating any type of fruit or vegetables will prevent you getting a good result from Sculpsure. You should plan 2 sessions, 4-6 weeks between them. You will continue to improve for 3 months after your last session. There are no miracles, so i always recommend people try and get stricter with their dieting and exercising, since they will get a better result, if they can also drop their overall body fat.david berman md
