Would it be possible for me to smooth the side profile of my nose without adding an implant? I have always been insecure about the bump on my nose because it shows even more when I smile. The main reason I wouldn’t want an implant would be because I don’t want to risk my body rejecting it. My other reasons are that I feel a lot of nose bridge implants create a nice shape in itself but the slope of the nose starts too low (below the eyes).
