Getting different aftercare instructions from the dr's i am interviewing for basically the same procedures. One says no ice so bloodflow is enhanced for healing, no big mummy headwraps. Another dr 's after care protocol is ice constantly, bandages and drains... just another area I need guidance.

Thank you for your question. Without before and after photos, it is hard to tell what you are explaining. I recommend directing all of your concerns at this point, directly to your surgeon, but a final result can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months.
