Dear Heyitshannabanana, the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
Most patients must undergo a full rhinoplasty, not a tip plastly to make sure that all the components of the nose are balanced with themselves, and the entire new nose balances with the patient's facial features. It's very rare to only perform a tip-plasty in our practice. It's also important to determine the thickness of the skin in the tip of the nose. When patients have thick skin, the majority of the width of the tip is skin, not cartilage and this issue will limit the amount of improvement that can can be accomplished with a rhinoplasty procedure. The cost of a rhinoplasty is directly determined by the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in an operating room, time monitored under anesthesia by a physician anesthesiologist, and the surgeon's professional fees for performing the procedure in addition to all of the post operative follow-up appointments for a year.
