Hello! Thank you for your question. It would've been better to see pictures and answer to your particular case. But generally speaking, BBL does help most times with buttocks and hips dips.

Thank you for your question. An in-office or virtual examination is needed to fully evaluate your options. BBL is performed with liposuction to the abdomen, waist and back. The harvested and purified fat will be transferred to the butt and dips to add projection and evenness. For more in-depth information and recommendations, please contact our office or consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Best of luck from Tran Plastic Surgery!
Pictures would be helpful. Fat grafting can certainly improve concavity of the hip area. Part of how well it turns out depends on the underlying anatomy. Not all hip dips are fixable in an absolute sense. As far as cellulite or other irregularities of the superficial layers, fat grafting can in most cases improve it especially if you use specialized cannulas to break up the fibrous connections between the deeper layer and the skin. Sometimes in rare instance I can accentuate it. A consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of fat grafting would be helpful.
Yes, as well as high definition VASER liposuction. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully,Arian Mowlavi MD,FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Once the transferred fat has 'taken' then there is no risk to it by sitting on it for many hours a day. Once you have passed the 4 week mark the fat is reasonably stable and you should be able to sit on a special BBL pillow while working. Make sure to stand up as frequently as possible so it is...
