Hanging columella and possible deviated septum ? How much ? Recovery? Will I drastically change appearance? (photo)

 A deviated septum can only be diagnosed with an internal examination of the nose. Once medical necessity has been documented, and you have failed medical therapy, consideration for a septoplasty is in order. There are many other issues inside the nose can also cause nasal obstruction. A septoplasty will not change the shape of the nose. A hanging columella is reduced  by removal of skin and cartilage from both sides septum on the inside of the nose. For many examples, please see the link and the video below
