Thank you very much for enquire.It's too early to make value judgments with only 10 days after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Thank you for your question.It is still very early days and because of the swelling, very difficult to say for sure whether you have an open roof deformity.My advice would be to wait for a year before considering revision sugery.Kind regards,Ivo

It is still early after surgery so you still may be seeing swelling from surgery.  Contact your surgeon as at 11 days , bones are still mobile and they may be repositioned if indeed they have shifted.  If the width does not improve over time, I would generally recommend allowing a year of healing to assess final result before proceeding with revision surgery
