How could I improve the asymmetry of my nose without a revision? (Photos)

Question

I got a septo-rhinoplasty 10 months ago, and it seems the left side of my nose is more pronounced and one nostril looks higher than the other. Plus my nostrils are uneven from the view below. Is there anything to do to fix this without having to get a revision? I've included both before and after pictures.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Improvement of nostril symmetry could also be accomplished. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
