I lost weight and the tops of my breasts flattened out. I was wondering if I could get this corrected. my breasts are fine, I like them the way they are. I dont want them bigger and I do not want anyone touching my nipples. Is there anyway to add some substance to the tops?

Answer: Changes after weight loss The options would be a small implant which would add upper pole fullness, a lift which would reshape the breasts, or fat grafting which would fill in the tissue. An examination would be needed to see which would be recommended for you.

Answer: Fat Grafting Consider Fat Grafting to your breasts. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon
