A nice option may be fat grafting to restore upper fullness without incisions, etc. In my experience, recovery is easier also.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs fat transfer procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Your use of the word, "add" would indicate making them slightly bigger- that is unavoidable whether using fat transfer or breast implants to add upper pole fullness. It sounds as though you are interested in a subtle augmentation which could be achieved with a low profile implant or fat transfer. If your breasts are only mildly to moderately sagging, breast augmentation may help you. This would give you a subtle lift and replace the volume you’ve lost from weight loss. However, if your breasts are considerably sagging, then a breast lift and augmentation would be more suitable.

If I understand you well, you are complaining of loss of volume in the superior pole of your breasts and don't want to get bigger. Therefore you don't want breast implants and no breast lift, as you don't want your nipples to be moved. In this case the only procedure that could replace or refill the lost volume in the upper pole of your breasts is fat grafting. You need to be seen in consultation to make sure this would work for you and find out if you are a good candidate. The details of the procedure would be then explained to you.

Hi and thanks for your question.  It is very common to lose fullness in the upper poles of the breasts after losing weight.  This deflated appearance can often be corrected with breast implants, although sometimes a lift is necessary as well.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Often after weight loss, the best way to restore breast upper pole volume and overall shape is with a breast lift and a small implant.  The size, profile, and shape of
the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.
