I lost weight and the tops of my breasts flattened out. I was wondering if I could get this corrected. my breasts are fine, I like them the way they are. I dont want them bigger and I do not want anyone touching my nipples. Is there anyway to add some substance to the tops?

Answer: Breast implants or lift, or both If your breasts are only mildly to moderately sagging, breast augmentation may help you. This would give you a subtle lift and replace the volume you’ve lost from weight loss. However, if your breasts are considerably sagging, then a breast lift and augmentation would be more suitable.

Answer: Changes after weight loss The options would be a small implant which would add upper pole fullness, a lift which would reshape the breasts, or fat grafting which would fill in the tissue. An examination would be needed to see which would be recommended for you.
