Why do I have stretch marks on one breast Only. (photos)

Hello,Thank you for the question and photos. This does appear to be wrinkled skin. Stretch marks which are new are typically dark to begin with, then fade over time. You might expect your skin to retract and smooth out a bit as you heal. I recommend that you follow up with your Plastic Surgeon.All the best 

It looks more like the skin is wrinkled. This may get a bit better with some more time. At this point it is a wait and see thing.

Thank you for the question and the pictures.     You are very early in the healing process give yourself several  months to appreciate a final result. The irregularities you are noticing in the skin should resolve on there own,  looking at your picture it does not appear to be stretch marks.   Best of luck

From what I can see in your image these do not look like stretch marks but more like wrinkled skin as swelling has decreased and so I would be hopeful it will improve.it is possible to develop stretch marks after BBA and this is a risk I warn my patients of. Sadly it cannot be easily reversed either. I am hopeful your skin will improve as you are very early in your recovery Best wishes
