Will my nipples go back to normal? Will they stay like this or will they flatten out? (Photo)

These pictures are 8 days post op and my question is will my nipples stay like this or will they flatten out and take more of the circular shape they was before? When I took off the bandages they were bunched together and I was wondering why they was shaped like this, my doctor said the stitches are in the inside but I'm starting to believe I have a blotches procedure, I have been in tears. Please help!!!

Thank you for submitting your question.  An incision around the areola must be performed for all breast lift and reduction surgeries.  The size of the areola can vary and it doe snot have to be reduced.  Discuss your concerns and areola size with your surgeon before surgery. ...

Scars seem to be appropriate for this stage of healing, as it will take time for them to settle.  Based on your before pictures is does seem like the surgery was successful in moving you nipple/areola into a more favorable position.
