Question

These pictures are 8 days post op and my question is will my nipples stay like this or will they flatten out and take more of the circular shape they was before? When I took off the bandages they were bunched together and I was wondering why they was shaped like this, my doctor said the stitches are in the inside but I'm starting to believe I have a blotches procedure, I have been in tears. Please help!!!

It is too early to tell. It may take several months for the scars to settle. At that point you can re-evaluated the results.

After a breast reduction with a superior pedicle the nipple can tend to invert or bunch up as in your photo. We have not seen the nipple stay that way and you too should expect the skin to flatten and give to look like a normal nipple again. It takes courage so think about something else as you recover.

You're only 8 days after breast lift.  Folding and irregularities of the nipple areola are common at this stage.  In time the folds should straighten out and looked more normal.
