I am now based in Nigeria and circumstances prevent me from travel abroad for cosmetic surgery. Any recommendations for Breast lift in Nigeria? Please look the picture and please give costing in USD. Had I been able to travel, of course, I would have chosen my doctor Dr. Ashish Davalbhakta.

You appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift.  There are some excellent surgeons in Nigeria such as Dr Stanley Okoro. He is a member of many prestigious & exclusive organizations including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and American College of Surgeons (ACS). Surgeons who were similarly trained and credentialed in the United States would also be possibilities. Consult with 3 experienced and expert surgeons, and choose the one that best fits your needs/objectives.Breast Lift like other cosmetic surgery varies considerably across the country and even in the same area. South Florida tends to have lower fees then more expensive areas such as New York or Los Angeles. We charge $4000 + MD Anesthesia related costs for breast lift with saline implants. Gel Implants tend to be about $1000 to $1500 more. Since you can get quality work at lower costs, patients will travel from throughout the state, the country, and internationally to have surgery in South Florida.
