Eyelid fat and extreme overall fat loss. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

If I decide to lose overall body fat with moderate to intense exercising with the help of dieting, would I also lose the fat on my eyelids?? I'm saying this because I don't have any money to get surgery or upper eyelid surgery. I DON'T HAVE MONEY so I'm thinking of effective alternatives like fat loss.

Good Afternoon SatsukiragyoThanks for your question.Exercising and healthy eating is always a good thing so well done for deciding to go down this route. You may loose a bit of fat around your face, but your eyelids are unlikely to change much. Perhaps saving over a time, by putting away some money that would have been spent on takeouts or coffee, can be put aside to go towards surgery.Good Luck with your journey to a more healthy you!

It is true that the face will lose volume in fat overtime. This can also occur with weight loss. The fullness of the upper eyelid area will change very little during weight loss. It is possible overtime that the upper eyelid area can naturally hollow out during the natural aging process.I hope this helps

Losing or gaining body weight should have no effect on eyelid fat. That being said, it is always a good idea to be at your ideal weight for health reasons.

Thank you for your question.  Eyelid fat does not really respond a great deal to weight gain or weight loss.  Part of the reason is that there is not a lot of fat to begin with.  The reason fat has to be removed sometimes is because it herniates or bulges forward.
