I have this scar from a stye and it made a bit of an indent on my eyelid. Because of this, it also made my eyelid droop and make my double eyelid uneven. I never had stye sugery- i let it heal by itself.. compared to the other eyelid it looks strange. What should I do to make the stye go away? Do I need surgery to fix this?

At 4 days post op, it is really too soon to judge your results. Your chalazions may very well completely heal on their own. Call your surgeon to discuss your concerns, but for now, be patient and kind to yourself as your body heals. My best,
