4 days post 2 Chalazion removal on both eyes and they're still there! What can I do? Doctors in LA OC (Photo)

I had chalazion removal surgery 4 days ago. On my right eye had large one that has gone down but still a red bump.doctor said I would have some scare tissue... My left eye has a small chalazion next to tear duct it's small but I dislike it and can feel it. I am so irritated and stressed out with these! I'm used to being confident, wearing make up for work and getting dressed nice. they're so embarrassing and just make me want to never leave my home. What do I do?! want to get rid of these asap!
