Dear princesspink17, The before photograph of the patient you show who now looks like Kim Kardashian may have had several different facial procedures performed to refine her aesthetics. The possible procedures are endoscopic brow lift, upper lid blepharoplasty, buccal fat pad removal and rhinoplasty. She also most likely had her eyebrows done by a professional who shaped them and provided a more angular look to her brows. In the before picture the patient appears to have heavier eyelids and a lower brow arch as well as a long and wide nose compared to the after photograph. This is just an observation and in no way states what if any procedures she had performed.
