1 year after subfascial breast augmentation and breasts have dropped significantly. Am I bottoming out? (photo)

I had a subfascial breast augmentation one year ago. For months I have felt that they "dropped" a lot, one side more so assuming because of my anatomy. Am I bottoming out? Does it seem like a normal amount of "settling"? Incisions are not in my crease either.

Short answer is yes because you will have an incision to allow the surgeon to place the implant into the breast. Can that scar be hidden? Yes, there are multiple options Will anyone else know that does not see you without clothes? Probably, not since you are only looking for a subtle change.
