I have already a D, but I want my breasts to be a little bit bigger and rounder... Will my future husband be able to tell I had surgery? Also which implants size should I get so that he will not find out? Thank you in advance

A very subtle breast augmentation can look natural, but it is not possible to choose an implant size based on making surgery undetectable to another person. Scars, breast feel, implant edges in thin tissue, upper-pole fullness, and changes in shape can sometimes be noticeable, especially to someone very close to you.

If you already wear a D cup and want only a little more roundness, the better goal is a proportionate, conservative result that fits your anatomy. Implant size should be chosen from your breast width, skin thickness, tissue coverage, nipple position, and desired shape, not from cup size alone. A modest implant with the right profile and pocket choice is more likely to look soft and balanced than a large or overly projecting implant. Bring photos of the shape you like to a board-certified plastic surgeon and have sizing done with your measurements.

There are at least two issues to consider when trying to keep breast implants a secret. 1. Scars: The most discrete breast augmentation scar is the axillary (armpit) scar used for a transaxillary breast augmentation. The scar is small and typically well hidden. The two disadvantages of this option are that it limits which implants can be used to saline implants or small silicone implants. There is also an increased risk of capsular contracture (a scar tissue complication involving the implants).2. Implant size: If you have medium sized to large natural breasts with dense tissue, it will be difficult to feel small implants if the implant diameter is small enough. As the diameter of the implants increase, the likelihood of feeling the perimeter of the implant increases, especially in the lower breast.

It may not be that easy to detect implants if patient has significant amount of breast tissue and good skin tone. In order to have one cup size up, depending of your framework and breast size, one could consider a range of 150-250 ml.. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, is strongly recommended.

Dear Leylababy,  Whether or not your future husband knows in advance that you have had breast surgery doesn't really matter because eventually, he will find out. Breast implants are not "forever" devices and will need to be changed, removed, or revised, because of the fact that they are subject to multiple kinds of complications and changes you would likely have to discuss with him. If you get breast implants, you will have more breast surgery at some point.

Because of the intimate nature of your relationship to her husband is likely your husband will eventually become aware that you have breast implants.  Most importantly an excellent result with soft breasts in a freely movable breast implant detection will be difficult.  However the presence of a scar obviously underneath the breast will likely be eventually noticed.

I my own opinion is that you want to share with your husband that you have breast implants before your marriage.  I can assure you that the most any husband will be happy about your breast implant result and not be concerned that you have breast implants.
