From the photos alone, Liposuction with a skin tightening modality (Bodytite or Vaser) would help get you the best result depending on your ultimate goal. If you would want more definition of the abdomen then etching of the lines would be the way to go!

You could improve your abdomen and waist definition with liposuction. Don't be too aggressive since you have a nice abdomen you don't want to make things worse.

Imporant variables include your medical history and a full physical exam in 3 dimensions with a 360 degree eval. From the photo you provided you have good skin quality and no overhanging skin which are 2 good qualifiers for lipo! You appear to be a good candidate for liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. Your skin tone appears good and you should have good results. There are a variety of liposuction techniques. The basic liposuction technique uses an infusion of solution and then aspiration of the fat. Other techniques are designed to attempt to contract the skin. This may or may not be effective.
