Thank you for sharing your concerns and your photos.  I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the results of your Juvederm treatment.  The beauty of hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm is that they can easily be dissolved using a medication called hyaluronidase.  I would recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns, and to see if hyaluronidase injections are a good option for you.  Best of luck!

if you are unhappy with results of juvederm which is a hyaluronic acid filler it can be easily removed with an enzyme injection which is part of why these fillers are so great and safe. Experienced injectors should know how to do that. 

It appears that you have a little filler just under the mucosa of the upper lip.  Sometimes you can use tiny doses of Hyaluronidase and if you are lucky you can selectively dissolve the filler there without altering the rest of the lip.  Sometimes it works and sometimes not. I think it's worth a try since the alternative is either to leave it alone or dissolve all the product in the  lip and start again
