Since June 16 I've 5ml in my lips but nothing seems to last over a month. Had 1ml teoysal kiss in June, didn't last so lady put another ml in July, again lasted about a month but didn't bother going back, went to someone else Xmas time & put 2ml of juvaderm ultra in, again didn't last over a month. Went back beginning of march but had been bk for consultation in Jan, he used juva volbela & nw 3w later not much difference. However all has been with dental blocks - does this affect the results?

Answer: Fillers not lasting in lips It sounds as if you are one of those rare patients whose body metabolizes the HA fillers too quickly. I would not advise you to try another one as it will simply be a waste of money. Personally, I would recommend fat grafting as the results should be more permanent. Best of luck.

Answer: Lip filler It appears that you are metabolizing the hyaluronic acid fillers very rapidly. Since you live in UK you have few more options with fillers that last, in general, much longer. For example, you can try Teosyal Ultimate that will definitely last longer than Teosyal Kiss. Another filler known for its longevity is Stylage XXL; it is a hyaluronic acid filler mixed with mannitol. One additional filler that is definitely worth considering is Ellanse series. These are non-hyaluronic acid fillers and biostimulants that have the longest duration due to their composition. Ellanse L may last up to 3 years and Ellanse E up to 4 years.
