Normal to be talking funny after Juvederm and Botox?

Thank you for your question. It is uncommon to have difficulty with speech after having Juvederm or Botox. It is possible that the Botox is causing you to have difficulty with your speech. Botox can take 3-4 months to wear. However, I do recommend having a follow up with injector for an evaluation. Best of Luck!

Thank you for your question. It’s unusual for speech problems to develop after getting any cosmetic injection, but from your description, it sounds like BOTOX® is the more likely culprit. The product may have paralyzed muscles that you use when you speak. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to tell for sure without an in-person evaluation. If BOTOX® is causing the problem, it should wear off in about 4 months. Best of luck.
