Great question! Results post treatment varies from person to person, depending on how much swelling you may have. After your CoolSculpting treatment, you will start to see changes after three weeks. Final results will be noticeable after 12-16 weeks post treatment. It’s important to keep up with your diet and exercise routine to maintain your body’s weight. CoolSculpting reduces the fat in the treated area but doesn’t affect untreated fat cells. If you haven’t seen noticeable results, consult your CoolSculpting Practitioner about your treatment plan.

CoolSculpting targets and eliminates fat cells in the treated area. The procedure does not tighten the skin however in younger patients or those with good skin elasticity the skin will remain tight as the fat is eliminated. However, if you already have skin laxity it should be thoroughly evaluated at your consultation and you should understand that the laxity will remain. Once the fat cells are eliminated from CoolSculpting the reduction in volume may make your skin appear worse/looser. This possible outcome should be discussed if you have any concern regarding skin laxity at your consultation.

Great question! The recovery time from Juvederm varies from person to person. Patients will be able to see visible results the same day as the treatment. Some people experience moderate to mild swelling and bruising for about one to two weeks, but you will be able to continue with your normal routine immediately after your office visit. The full results will show after the one to two weeks period when you feel all the swelling and bruising are gone.
