I'm on a weight loss journey to get my BMI at 33 it is currently at 36. I want a BBL, 360 lipo and tummy tuck! I'm 24 of age with 1 child, no health problems to report. I feel that this surgery will give me more confidence and happiness in my life!

Answer: 360 lipo, abdominoplasty and BBL. It's Possible Thanks for your question and photos. You have lofty goals. We all know that the higher the BMI, then the potentially higher the risk of complications. I do feel that in the right hands, you could come close to your goal pictures. The key is how to do this in the safest and most reasonable way possible. I feel that doing everything at the same time would be physically difficult for you and possibly risky. I would first suggest that you get your weight down and keep it down, preferably to a BMI of 30 or less. Then I would suggest staging the surgery with an abdominoplasty first, follows by extensive liposuction of your back with transferring the fat to your buttocks. After your first surgery you can sleep on your back, after the second, you can sleep on your stomach. Bets of luck on your journey.
