Hello I has 275cc placed under muscle back in 2014..I have had no children since , no significant weight gain ( around 6 kilo ) yet my breast seemed to get much bigger and now seems my nipples dropped over the implants . I can't see the implants and the are fine laying down , no visible issues like hardening etc besides the look . Is it normal for them to look like this after a few years and what would be required to correct them ( such as lift )
