Is this open roof deformity? How can it be fixed? (Photos)

I am wondering if this is an open roof deformity, if so how can this be fixed . With my revision my suregon only touched my tip reducing my grafts and never saw these lines after my primary .

The photo quality isn’t sufficient to give a reliable assessment, unfortunately. If possible, could you take new photos in natural daylight, ideally facing a window and without filters? This would allow a much clearer and more accurate evaluation. — Kadri İla, MD
