Can subtle contours and shadows be recreated , like my old nose had? (Photos)

AskaQuestionToYouJan 22, 2026

In my tip was a slight bifidness and in my bridge some shadows that made my nose appear smaller and more defined. After my surgery, the doctor somehow widened my nasal bridge, and removed the humps on the side of the nose, which gave it some uniqueness. To add insult to injury, my surgeon added a radix augmentation graft in the nasofrontal angle, making the whole bridge appear as one straight plane (further worsened by hump removal, which I did not consent to). I terribly regret this procedure and need to hear the hard truth. Can the definition and shadows, as well as the old appearance (including outfracturing of the nasal bones, to recreate the 'humps' on the side of the radix) be recreated in a revision? I prefer as much as possible that the internal structures mimick my original nose (so wider airways through outfracturing), instead of onlay grafts for outward appearance, but if that is the only way to do so, I will agree. Also, my tip had a lower part in the middle (do not know the name), that I really liked, but my surgeon flattened it, making me look like a toy. Lastly, I think I have some septum left, but otherwise would prefer 3D PCL or dECM grafts rather than autologous ribcartilage. My lower laterals are completely intact, except for dome creation sutures, and my upper laterals are also intact, although used in split-hump reduction. I hope that increases my odds of restoring my old appearance?
