Revision Rhinoplasty 4 Years post op - nose has shifted and there is a growth. How can this be fixed? (Photo)

I had my original rhinoplasty in 2011 to address a large nose. Over time it didn’t grow in size but width shifyinf towards my left side. In 2022 i had a revision rhinoplasty to address the misalignment. Post op i kept telling my surgeon i wasn’t see an improvement and he kept instructing me to be patient and it could be swelling until a year after my surgery he seemed to be worried. He gave me one steroid shot and said that should get rid of the mass growing on my left. Fast forward to now 4 years later my nose is far worse than it was before i had the revision. Im mortified and my whole face looks mis proportional. The other issue I have from the surgery is that i lost my sense of smell and taste. Never had Covid. I had an MRI and saw an ENT neither could find out why i lost ot after surgery. i appreciate any advice of potential solutions to address the growth and shifting of my nose or if you have any insight as to why my smell is gone.
