my nose has always had a slight asymmetry issue hut recently my nose has felt way more “crooked” why is it getting worse and why does it look like this? can it be corrected?

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be refined and made smaller. From the base, it looks like your septum may be crooked which can be improved at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a bulbous nasal tip appearance, and your tip appears to veer off to your left side. Sometimes a nasal tip can veer like yours if there is a persistently deviated nasal septum. Revision rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower, straighter, and less distracting nasal tip appearance. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. This can also be designed to improve the symmetry of your tip.With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
