Uneven nostrils after revision rhinoplasty - can this be improved? (Photos)
Hello, I am a 51-year-old Hispanic female who underwent my initial rhinoplasty in 2022 and a revision in 2025. I had concerns about the size and bulbous tip of my nose, as well as a noticeable twist at the central base. I was informed that I had prominent thin skin and flaws that were quite visible. The outcome of the surgery resulted in a smaller nose, but the nostrils were unevenly shaped. When I take photos, I observe an uneven nose with one side appearing depressed. Additionally, I notice that my nostrils flare out, which I find undesirable. My question is whether this issue can be corrected or if it is something I must accept. I paid approximately $12,000 for the initial surgery, and for the revision with the same doctor, I only paid for the facility and anesthesia. I appreciate any advice and honesty. Thank You!
