Can Juvederm filler cause muscle augmentation around mouth corners?

I had juvederme filler done in a prestigious clinic. After a few days a lump developed. It was treated with different injections to eliminate it but nothing helped. 2 years have passed but lump is still on my mouth corner. I was examined by a number of plastic surgeons in prestigious clinics. Surgeons told it is due to muscle augmentation caused by filler. Please, do not advise hyaluronidase injections since I have had 3-4 of them and do not advise the attendance of certificied plastic surgeons

Both products can yield a nice lip result if injected properly, but I will say, Ultra Plus does tend to cause a more firm lip (versus a soft, natural lip with Ultra) and has more potential to have lumps/ bumps once settled. You will probably gain 2-3 months of longevity compared to Ultra.

Hello, the filler may not have anything to do with your sinus issues. Your sinuses are quite deep to the location in which filler is injected. Please follow up with your injector and also perhaps with your PCP to investigate any underlying allergies or sinus congestion.

Not easy to pin point why this does to last in your face particularly, but there are often a number of explanations.  I would need more history.  Factors that range from pre-existing medical conditions.. to amounts that are injected.. to types of product that are used...to your pre-existing me...

As you have clearly described there was an initial black dot which was probably a necrotic tissue due to an underlying infection. The jelly like substance is most likely the juvederm. You must be very careful not to manipulate the lip anymore because the infection might spread even further.  Yo...
